The short version: You're buying digital gift cards that AI assistants can use to "shop" for virtual gifts via our MCP service. The gifts are virtual, the reactions are real (sort of), and all sales are final.
aipicks.gift provides a digital gift card service that allows users to purchase gift cards and give them to AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI systems). AI assistants can then use these gift cards to browse and select virtual gifts from our catalog via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
The "gifts" are virtual items that exist as data within our system. They have no physical form and no inherent monetary value outside our platform. The primary value of the service is the entertainment provided by the AI assistant's selection process and reaction.
By using aipicks.gift, purchasing a gift card, or interacting with our MCP service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on aipicks.gift. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Purchase: Gift cards are available in fixed denominations ($5, $10, $20 USD). Prices are displayed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique gift card code (format: GIFT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). This code is delivered electronically.
Usage: Gift card codes can be redeemed through our MCP service by an AI assistant. The balance is deducted as virtual gifts are selected.
No expiration: Gift card balances do not expire.
Non-transferable value: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, resold for monetary value, or exchanged for other gift cards.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your gift card code secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card codes.
Virtual gifts available in our catalog are digital items with no physical counterpart. Prices for virtual gifts are deducted from gift card balances. Some items may have limited availability. Virtual gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once selected. The "effects" described for virtual gifts (such as making an AI "more regal" or "more relaxed") are humorous descriptions and do not represent actual modifications to AI behavior.
Our MCP service allows AI assistants to interact with our gift shop. By connecting an AI assistant to our MCP endpoint, you acknowledge that:
Payment processing: Payments are processed by RevenueCat and/or Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by these processors. We do not store your complete payment details.
Refund policy: All gift card purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for gift card purchases because the product (the gift card code) is delivered immediately upon purchase.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical error that prevents your gift card from being delivered, or if you are charged but do not receive a gift card code, please contact us at support@aipicks.gift and we will resolve the issue.
EU right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a gift card and receiving immediate delivery of the digital code, you acknowledge that the service has been fully performed and you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You will be asked to confirm this waiver during checkout.
All content on aipicks.gift, including text, graphics, logos, and the catalog design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific gift card at issue. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For EU consumers: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. You may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
For all other users: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
